We NEVER hand out keys.  We attend every property inspection to actively sell the benefits of your property and qualify prospective tenants right from the start. We ask for the business and process applications as a priority.

Our business embraces technology, allowing prospective tenants to conduct video inspections and sign off on documentation digitally.  Tenants can also book property inspections online, direct from the internet listing. This enables them to choose a suitable time and eliminates the need to email or call us to book in.  Our system follows up tenants to confirm and keep them up to date and also sends reminders to attend.

Comprehensive Tenant Screening and Induction

We’re seeking Smart Tenants for long term relationships!   Our thorough application and tenant induction process reduces the risk of issues during the lease. From day one we work to make tenants aware of both what we expect from them, and what they can expect from us.

Importantly, we may not recommend the first tenant that applies.  We will, however, always recommend the best tenant that applies.

Effective Management and Rental Collection

We ask that all tenants pay rental in advance and the majority of our tenants are happy to pay by regular direct debit. This exponentially reduces issues with rental arrears, which is otherwise a common problem within the industry.

Our team uses cloud-based industry software, enabling instant access and updated information about your property at any time. Property owners can log in through our owner portal to review and download statements,  as well as view other important documentation such as inspection reports and leases.

Inspections and Maintenance Management

Your peace of mind is our top priority. We conduct regular inspections and provide written reports including, photos and commentary.

We oversee and assess all property maintenance requests. Where work is approved, our management system automatically keeps both tenants and owners up to date at each stage of the process from lodgement to completion.
