Like what you see? Apply for the property at the inspection or simply apply from your phone, tablet, or computer. Please note we do require physical inspection of the property prior to application and you will need to provide evidence of income along with 100 points of ID.
Our goal is to turnaround applications on the same day wherever possible, so you won’t be left waiting. If your application is successful you’ll be provided with all of the information you need in order to rent through us using our new tenants’ induction process. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
During your tenancy with us:
We will communicate with you every step of the way. We’ll keep the lines of communication open so that you know what we expect of you and what you can expect from us.
We’ll carry out routine inspections up to four times a year. We’ll listen to any concerns you have and will provide you with regular feedback so you always know where you stand.
End of Lease coming up? We will be in contact with you well before the end of your term to give you a reminder, and to ask if you wish to renew your lease. If your circumstances have changed we can also help you find alternative premises.
